Heraeus Materials Singapore Pte Ltd (HMSL) was founded 1977 by American Fine Wire. As a producer of best-in-class bonding wires of gold, aluminium and copper, the company had been part of the Kulicke & Soffa group since 1995.
Since October 2008 HMSL is part of the Heraeus Contact Materials Division.
