Heraeus Zhaoyuan Changshu Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. (HZCM) is a subsidiary of the Heraeus group in China. HZCM supply their products to national and international manufacturers of semiconductors in China.
They are located in the so called “silicon triangle”, the greater Shanghai region. The technology and production expertise was imported to China from Germany. Trained personnel now carry the full responsibility for the production and the consistently high quality level of the bonding wires.
